Our Story

Theo Mallos is an Intensive Care Paramedic, a 2018 recipient of the Victor Chang Heart of Gold Award and the owner of Rescueblue.

After attending a heart-breaking job in his role as a paramedic, Theo and his wife Chanelle embarked on a journey to empower all parents and carers with the essential skills needed to save a child’s life.

Five years on, and with thousands of parents and carers trained, Theo and Chanelle invite you to attend one of their truly valuable Little Aid Workshops.

Jess Peters is a  mother of two beautiful boys and a registered paramedic with over 11 years experience in emergency prehospital care. Jess and Theo started their careers together working in the busy inner city of Sydney, attending to life threatening emergencies. Jess has since moved to the sunny Sunshine Coast and has taken Rescueblue with her, teaching throughout southern Queensland. Jess aims to educate her community with the skills needed to save a child’s life. Touch base with Jess and let her and her team empower you today.

Kellie Ingram is a mother to two gorgeous children and a current Intensive Care Paramedic and Extended Care Paramedic. Throughout her career she has worked in the rural and metropolitan settings, while gaining an abundance of knowledge along the way. Kellie lives on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, running regular courses throughout the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands. Kellie’s goal is to empower parents through education and prove that first aid really is easy.
